Questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. Your account keeps the exact spot we pick up and drop off, gate codes, driveway notes, and your mail pickup form, so every driver gets it right. Open one on this site in about two minutes, or call and we'll set it up with you over the phone.
Why do you need my phone number?
We confirm every job with you, and we send a one-time code to prove the number is yours. We can text the code or call you with it, so a landline works too.
Will you text me?
Only if you say yes. You can agree to texts about your pickups when you open your account, or change your mind any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
How can you pick up mail addressed to me?
You sign USPS Form 3801, which names us as your agent. The Post Office keeps it on file.
Who pays the store on a Missoula Run?
You do, directly, when you order. We only pick it up and bring it home.
What is the Superior Resident plan?
$30 a month for people who live in Superior and have a Post Office box there. We bring your letters and packages from the Post Office to your door, Monday through Saturday, except on Postal Service holidays. COD and signature-required items aren't included. You also get two in-town delivery credits each month.
How do the in-town credits work?
Two credits arrive at 7 AM on the 1st of each month. Each one covers one pickup anywhere in the town of Superior, brought to your address on file: groceries from Darlow's, dinner from the Four Aces kitchen, a prescription. Unused credits don't carry over. More in-town deliveries that month are $5 each.
Can I pick or change my billing date?
Yes. Pick any day from the 1st to the 28th when you sign up, and change it up to twice a year. A change starts after the month you've already paid for ends. If the new date is later, you pay only for the days in between.
